We at Asite are looking to fill key roles in our head-office team, based in London’s ‘Silicon Roundabout’. Asite is at the cutting edge of enterprise cloud computing for collaborative working and we've built a leading position in the global market. The opportunity has now arisen for Digital Marketing Assistant role with 1+ years’ experience to join the marketing team and support our global expansion.


Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible to support the Marketing Manager of Asite in its primary marketing duties. Your responsibilities will include assisting in organising campaigns, events, social media management, and creating content. This work will promote the smooth operation of the marketing team and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

We are looking for a vibrant individual who is a team player and will successfully support the marketing team with engaging in executing content and event-driven marketing strategy focused on inbound lead generation.


Responsibilities:

Supporting Marketing Manager day to day responsibilities and various marketing projects

Assisting in organising of promotional events and marketing campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

Composing engaging online content, blog posts, social media posts to be reviewed by Marketing Manager for the company’s website and social media accounts

Assist in preparing promotional presentations (to be reviewed by Marketing Manager)

Gathering important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)

Taking meeting notes and distributing across the relevant team members

Assisting with conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires


Desired Skills & Experience:

At least 1 year of experience or/and a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications

Copywriting skills, creative capabilities and a good eye for design to assist in putting together successful social media content and running campaigns

Attention to detail and top-notch English-language copywriting abilities as a given

Basic understanding of paid, organic social media

Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop for photo editing and graphic design

A basic level with Hootsuite, Salesforce, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Analytics and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot (or similar)

A sincere interest in the application of collaborative working in the enterprise and the capacity of SaaS for business transformation

Ability to converse in a knowledgeable manner on industry topics including Software as a Service and Cloud Computing

Must have the skills to develop relationships quickly and with prospects/customers at all levels

Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Keeping up-to-date with current digital trends and suggesting ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organisation
