About the role:

Working within our head office marketing department in St Ives, Cambridgeshire you will report to and work with the Operations and Marketing Director to achieve online success. You will play a vital role across a variety of marketing activities, with the main focus and responsibility being paid search; managing paid strategies on a daily basis to help the business meet its objectives.

You're an expert in your field and live and breathe digital. You'll own all the KPIs associated with PPC and identify any optimisation needed to achieve these. This is a very hands-on role with a strong focus on the strategy and the bigger picture. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team.

Main roles and responsibilities:

- Create, develop and own the PPC strategy
- Identify and act on opportunities for paid search growth
- Create and manage paid search campaigns across a number of websites nationwide, focusing on all the data available to optimise and maximise ROI
- New campaign set up, budget management and everything in between
- Landing page optimisation and split testing
- Campaign measurement and analysis to develop insightful, thorough recommendations to improve paid search, website optimisation and conversion
- CMS and website management; page creation, editing content, uploading images etc.

Person Specification

- 2 years+ paid search campaign management
- Proven track record of delivering PPC success
- Working experience of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing advertising
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-starter, results focused and driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Acute attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
