Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting an enthusiastic, driven and energetic Document Controller for a permanent position based in the outskirts of Glasgow for our client who are a leading Service Provider. This role offers fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who is looking for progression and development.

Being part of a diverse team, you will work closely with all team members ranging from Project Managers to designers and interact in all levels for project and business requirements.

Your duties will include but not limited to;

„hOrganise digital and paper filing systems across project business to ensure continuity
„hManage enquiries / templates and all work specifications to ensure uniformity
„hUpload/Download information and documents to online portals
„hMaster document matrix to be maintained and reviewed
„hEnsure Sub-contract / HSE information and documentation updated accordingly
„hManage quality system
„hWork closely with team for updates and continually improve quality and consistency
„hAdhoc administration to support projects and team members

Requirements;
„hExcellent communication skills, interpersonal, oral and written
„hAbility to work proactively in a fast pace environment
„hEffective at managing multiple priorities under a tight deadline
„hHigh attention to detail and accuracy
„hPassionate, demonstrates enthusiasm for quality
„hProficient in software applications MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel are essential
„hAn awareness of document control and the document control process
