The opportunity
In order to drive forward the growth of PAS we are seeking Change Consultants and Senior Consultants with existing DV clearance and relevant expertise to support the growth of the team and successfully deliver client assignments, broadly covering the following areas: HR Transformation, Organisational Design and/or Learning.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include core consulting and programme delivery across HR Change, project management activities will also include:
Contribute to the delivery of projects and programmes to meet and exceed client expectations
Be able to analyse problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
Contribute to the development of a culture service, engagement offering and people strategies
Identify and innovate ways to expand our PAS service offerings to clients, to positively impact current engagements
Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
Take ownership for initiatives to promote inclusive and collaborative working within client engagements and within the wider PAS community
Ability to identify and build new opportunities and client relationships
Good insight of the market and consulting purchasing trend
Assist with the integration and inclusion of new team members
Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and with industry, business and leadership skills & knowledge - and share this expertise with others

To qualify for the role you must have
Proven experience in one or more of the following: process design, HR Transformation, project management, organisational design, policy harmonisation, HR tools and technology optimisation, change management
Experienced management consultant/HR professional with relevant experience in advising clients on large scale HR programmes and change projects
Existing valid DV Clearance
Proven track record of delivering HR related projects
Demonstrated track record of building client relationships
Ideally, you’ll also have
A primary degree and any post graduate degrees and professional qualifications are desirable but not critical e.g. CIPD
Experience of working on projects gained working within a professional services firm, global consultancy firm and/or large private and/or public sector organisations
