This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the integrated Early Help Division, working across the borough to improve outcomes and experiences for children Young people and families of Warrington.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the service at a time of significant change. We are on the journey to delivering fully integrated Early Help Services with Health, Education, Police, Social care, Housing and other associated partners.

Working as a member of a supportive ‘can do’ management team, you will have lead responsibility for the day to day management of the case management system used by the Early Help Division.To be responsible for the development and implementation of integrated quality management systems, ensuring regulatory conformance compliance with quality control systems, implementation of learning and development plans and quality improvement systems.

You will be responsible for managing the Performance team in delivering an effective performance management function.

The role is responsible for the line management of the staff who support and deliver the functions of Quality Assurance, Performance, Participation, Engagement and complaints.

This will support the Head of Service in the coordination and development of effective and integrated preventative and early intervention services with the objective of improving children, young people and whole family outcomes.

You will be joining a redesigned Early Help service looking to provide and support a refreshed service delivery model to ensure it can support our emerging needs within children, young people and families so you will be well placed to use your experience and knowledge to work across organisational boundaries, think differently and bring a fresh energy to whole system working.

You will work with the Early Help Service Managers for Quality Assurance and Performance to produce a quarterly and annual quality report on all activities involved in delivering the Quality Assurance Framework for Early Help Children’s Services.

You will assist in writing and updating procedures, policies and practice standards to support good practice across all Early Help services and ensure that audit and quality assurance activity links with internal partner services and external partner agencies to enable wider organisational learning.

The successful candidate will need to be suitably qualified and experienced with previous significant operational experience of managing teams and services that drive quality and improvement, delivering objectives and managing resources within a defined timescales, development and implementation of quality management systems and engaging with key stakeholders and ensuring that this drives service improvement.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
