About the role
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ownership and management across the specified shift, leading a management team of 1 direct reports, and over 25 frontline employees, working to ensure full compliance to the national work plan, and achievement of all key shift targets.
As an inspirational leader, you will motivate your team to achieve the plant’s Safety, Customer, Financial, People and World Class Mail scorecard measures, all with a focus on continuous improvement. If you’re numerically literate with a logical approach to planning, can communicate effectively to facilitate a team’s success, and can operate and inspire within a changing environment, you could be rewarded with a fast paced role in a growth area where diversification of work streams and strategy will be high on the agenda.
