Description

We are looking for someone to learn and assist in our busy electrical company based in Scarborough.

Some of the duties involved would be:


- General Admin
- Taking Telephone Bookings and Enquiries ( Good Communication Skills Essential )
- Data Entry (Good Keyboard Skills Essential )
- Must have own transport and be reliable.

- Typing of invoices on a daily basis

- Scanning and posting of invoices to clients
- Assisting with the scheduling of emergency call outs and liaising with engineers for ETA
- Requesting updates and service reports from engineers
- Updating clients on reactive call outs and progress on larger installations/ quoted works
- Assisting with the booking of courses to ensure engineers remain compliant with their training and health and safety
- Scanning and typing of spreadsheets for the Director when required
- Maintaining records of service sheets on the company server
- General administration duties as requested by the Director and Office Manager
- Raising Purchase Orders to Subcontractors
