The Decent Homes Team is an integral part of the business supporting the delivery of our New Homes Strategy.

Are you a fully qualified Electrician looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join our Decent Homes team, being responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of all electrical aspects associated with our homes. You would be required to participate in an out of hour’s emergency rota for which an additional allowance and enhanced rates will be paid. A valid driving licence is essential for this role.

If you can demonstrate:

 A reliable, self-motivated and flexible attitude.
 Effective and efficient ways of working, including excellent time management techniques.
 An understanding of all stakeholder benefits relating to the principle ‘right first time’, with your all your work.
 A competent and successful ability with rewiring, installations, maintenance, repairs, inspections and testing.
 Excellent customer service attributes and behaviours, enhancing the customers experience.
 Two years qualified electrical experience, possessing a City & Guilds testing and inspecting qualification or equivalent.
