Description

ROLE: Embedded Software Engineer

LOCATION: Cheshire

RATE: £35,000 - 50,000 dependant on skills and experience

As an Embedded Software Engineer you'll be responsible for the development, design and support of embedded software functions targeted at embedded FPGA softcore processors. You'll be involved in problem management in conjunction with the software and electronics teams, as well as completing, implementing and testing production quality designs to satisfy commercial requirements.

As the preferred candidate for Embedded Software Engineer, you'll have:

*Experience with embedded C, C++, Linux
*Experience FPGA softcore processors (E.g. Xilinx Micro-blaze and Altera NIOS) and microcontrollers

*Software Development for firmware

This client runs an excellent software engineering team who work together solving engineering problems through the development of embedded software solutions.
