About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced data analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. EMEA HR Financial Analyst lies within the EMEA Headquarter. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into EMEA Rewards and ZBB Lead. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of People ZBB will be your primary responsibility .
In brief, you will be responsible for;
Managing People ZBB packages across the Europe, Middle East and Africa zone, ensuring all BUs are delivering their results
Implementing and maintaining routines to best manage head count for the zone
Projects to ensure we improve ZBB management
Manages and controls the ZBB People Compensation and People HR packages for the Zone through monthly reporting and reviews with the HR Leads of each of the BUs;
Reports Zone performance in People Compensation and People HR packages against budget monthly to Global HQ;
Leads and owns the annual budgeting process for the ZBB People Compensation and People HR packages;
Responsible for reviewing and, when aligned with the people plan/budget for the Zone, approving all new positions, compensation changes;
Stakeholder management of HR and Finance teams, managing communications

BSc degree or equivalent (Finance background preferred)
2-3 years work experience in a relevant environment
Excellent Excel knowledge
Proficient English Language Knowledge
