Entry level Administrator Position

Location: Ely

Salary: £17-18k

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Due to business growth our clients are recruiting an entry level Office Administrator to assist their small team with generalist day to day administration duties.

Key responsibilities for the Office Administrator include:

Providing a high level of customer service to new and existing clients.
Ensuring timescales and deadlines are met
Responding to email and telephone queries
Accurately inputting data into company database
Assisting the accounts process, full training will be given
General administrative tasks including phone calls, processing incoming post, filing, general consumable orders.In order to be successful in the role of Office Administrator you must:

Have strong organisational skills and the ability to co-ordinate
Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
Have strong numerical skills and capabilities
Have a pro-active and positive nature
Have the willingness to take ownership of tasks, problems and queries
Be a trustworthy team player
Have the ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload
