As the Surgical Equipment Specialist (Territory Sales Manager), North West for Surgical you will be responsible for growing, retaining and maintain business on the territory. By educating Clinical and Non-Clinical hospital staff on the features and benefits of our innovative suit of Surgical ophthalmology products, you will be driving product adoption and sales of our equipment. If you are motivated and self-driven with an interest in sales, you will receive a high standard of training and development through on the job coaching. You will respond to challenging objectives by working with internal cross-functioning teams, such as commercial, marketing and customer service. You will be responsible for planning and securing appointments with Hospital based staff, managing demonstration in a theatre setting with patients undergoing procedures.
