ERDF Programme Administrator - Fixed Term Contract to December 31st 2019 - £22,021

Your new role
A dynamic Programme Administrator is sought to facilitate the delivery of an exciting business support project across the South East region. The South East Business Boost programme will utilise £6.4million of ERDF funds to deliver an enhanced business support and business grant facility to SMEs across the South East Local Enterprise Partnership area.
European funded schemes rely heavily on high quality organisation and administration and you will work confidently to ensure that administrative procedures and processes are continually developed and adhered to by the internal team and external partners.
Supporting the Essex delivery team, your responsibilities will include processing outputs, checking the eligibility of grant applicants and updating and maintaining the client database. This role also supports the rest of the team with their administrative duties.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you need to have data entry experience with a strong attention to detail, be confident in communication and have worked with data bases.
You will ideally have experience in working within a local authority setting and be able to demonstrate your commitment to effective team working, excellent communication skills, be proficient with using various computer systems and programmes, have good time management and be able to work under pressure
