Job Title: Estates & Facilities Assistant

Location: Corby

Salary: £10.25 per hour

Hours: (Apply online only), Monday to Friday

Interaction Recruitment has a great opportunity to work with your Corby-based client as an Estates & Facilities Assistant to become a key part of their Estates & Facilities Department.

As the assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing a full range of services to ensure the facilities overall environment fully supports the aims of the client including security, portering, maintenance and ground maintenance, health & safety testing, driving and cleaning

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role with evidence of high performance in previous roles and having worked with the general public and experience of working with young people.

The following qualifications apply to this role:

· A good standard of education including literacy and numeracy to level 2

· First Aid at Work qualification

· Valid SIA licence

· Manual handling training

· MIDAS training

· Safeguarding training

· Level 2 qualification in Customer Care (or willingness to achieve within 12 months)
