Description

A confident, fast paced EA with prior experience of supporting to Director level is required by a market leader looking to strengthen their existing team.

Executive Assistant - Job Overview

Typically, your duties will include;


- Ensuring solid operational support is provided to assigned Directors and, indirectly, their teams
- Effective management of received written communications
- Extensive diary management, assessing priority of appointments and rescheduling as required
- Meeting creation and preparation, scheduling within teams and managing invites
- Assisting with the sourcing of venues on occasion and ensuring refreshments are booked in advance
- Assistance with the administrative tasks associated with the organisation of annual conferences and key events planned throughout the year
- Coordination and management of team events
- Completion of expenses and reconciling/approving as necessary

Executive Assistant - Skills & Experience Required


- PA support to Director level essential
- Demonstrable experience managing a variety of stakeholders
- Fast paced and adaptable to change
- Strong organisational skills with an excellent eye for detail
- Calm character and able to work in high pressure, deadline driven roles
- Ability to manage long term projects whilst delivering short term business priorities
