A prestigious healthcare charity based in the heart of South East London, Southwark, are currently looking for an EA to the CEO to start as soon as possible to join their friendly and vivacious team.

The charity focuses on raising funds and supporting local medical organisations in progressing advancing their services and efficiency. They are a strong support system for the health organization to ensure that they can provide the latest equipment, research and training facilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA to be heavily involved with the Charity and network and liaise with numerous stakeholders including Board Members, Donors and Supporters of the Charity, Director of Fundraising and Communications and Chair and Trustee's.

Responsibilities of the Role

-Coordinate and manage the CEO's and directors travel diary

-Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

-Managing and filtering incoming queries via email and calls

-Administrative support for Trustee recruitment, induction and Board development and review, maintaining confidential trustee records

-Organising meetings, taking minutes and compiling action points for Board Level meetings

-Overall smooth running of the office

Additional Information

-Role is to start ASAP

-Ongoing, temporary basis

-Paying £17 per hour

-Full time hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
