Job Description:

This is a sales role with a strong focus on prospecting and closing:

Products to sell:


- Selling Keune Haircosmetics; professional hair colour (3 lines) and products (4 lines) to hair salons across your territory. Calling on independent salon owners in the middle to upper tiers of the market.
Location:


- - North/ North East London. The candidate must also live within this area.
Salary/ Remuneration:


- £25k basic for starters. (Increasing to £30k on reaching new territory target and £35k on reaching sustained growth target).
- Commission scale begins immediately (starting at 5% of monthly sales growth)
- Bonus Scheme for certain product sales begins immediately
Key Tasks:

Analysis and planning:

- Develop understanding of market and target salons

- Create plan to penetrate market

Prospecting:

- Heavy emphasis on prospecting: initially 2 walk-ins per hour so 16 per day, going down to 10 per day once you have some appointments.

Qualifying & closing:

- Short sales cycle: aiming for opening order within 2 to 6 meetings.

Account management:

- Supporting, developing and growing accounts post sale.

Format:

- Field based, travel within local area. Primarily working alone but with daily support call and 2-3 shadowed days per month (for first 2-3 months).

Minimum expected quantity of sales:

- Build client base by 80-100 salons within 24 months in the role.

- Develop at least 25% of client base into monthly buyers (with minimum average spend of £500/month).
