Field Sales Representative – Self Employed

Uncapped commission

Previous Experience in the following is preferable but not necessary:

- Door to Door Sales
- Charity Fundraising
- Venue and Events
- B2C sales or B2B sales
- Contact Centre Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Report to Area Sales Manager
- Attend regular team briefings as directed by Area Sales Manager
- Effectively work in territory allocated by Area Sales Manager
- Ensure compliance updates and changes are followed
- Support colleagues in allocated post codes
- Adhere to Ofgem’s rules and regulations

- Ability to build strong customer relationships

- A self-starter

- Able to prioritise work load
- Able to work as part of a team
- Strong face to face, verbal and written skills of negotiation

- Responsible for own work load and prioritising it, with freedom to complete own workload and day to day duties as seen fit within required timescales
- Responsible for managing own equipment and uniform
- Has full responsibility of own target achievement
- Works within policies and standards with support from Line Manager
