Description

In this temporary role you will be supporting the accounts receivable team of a large company with a wide variety of financial and administrative functions across the department. This temporary position is expected to last approximately 3 to 4 months.

Part time, 22.5 hours a week across 5 days (flexible hours - mornings/afternoons etc.)

Typical Duties:


- Preparation & input of payments onto the sales ledger
- taking incoming calls
- Data entry for bank payments
- Investigate unidentified payments and raise queries where appropriate
- Manage deposit cheque process
- Take incoming calls, dealing with customers directly or passing on to relevant personnel
- Sort and distribute the post and returned mail, actioning daily post
- Action direct debit amendments & liaising with customers
- Ensure levels of equipment & stationary including banking books & other key documents

What we're looking for:


- Excellent Communication Skills - confidence dealing with customers
- Good telephone manner
- Able to work independently and in a team, collaboratively and flexibly
- IT skills - excel, word, email,
- Experience using SAP would be desirable
- Knowledge of cash collection procedures
- Good organisation skills
