Finance and Payroll Administrator

£22000 - £23000

Hunters’ client is an executive recruitment specialist requiring a personable finance administrator to join their successful team. This is a key role within the company and will encompass all aspects of recruitment administration most notably running payroll and invoicing

Key Role Functions Include:

Managing the day to day recruitment administration requirements including:

o Invoicing and payroll

o Formatting CVs to agreed standards

o Reference requests

o Drawing up new contracts

Managing incoming calls, assisting with enquiries wherever possible

Invoicing - ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and paid in a timely manner

Recruitment Database administration

Interview bookings

Collation of data for internal and HMRC reports

This is an opportunity to participate in the success of a growing business. The successful candidate will have:


- Competence with payroll and invoicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel to an intermediate level
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- The ability to demonstrate an organised approach to managing multiple high volume tasks

Desirable but not essential:


- Knowledge of or interest in IT
