Description

CMA Recruitment Group is working with a successful organisation based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire to help them recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Finance Manager the roll will involve:

*Coding and inputting purchase ledger invoices
*Book keeping on Sage
*Processing expenses
*Accounts reporting including downloading to Excel and spreadsheet manipulation
*Approving invoices for payments
*Dealing with supplier queries
*Supplier statement reconciliation
*Prepare weekly payment run
*Purchase order generation
*Bank reconciliation
*General administration and reception duties (where required)
*Ad hoc duties as requested by the Manager

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within accounts and be accustom to the purchase ledger process.

This role is a dual purchase ledger and project accounts role so our client is looking for someone that is flexible and happy to be hands on where required, working across a multitude of tasks.
