Finance Customer Service Advisor

My client a friendly financial services company are looking to recruit customer service advisors to join their sociable team. The role is a mix of customer service and administration work so they are looking for someone that can multi-task.

The duties include:


- Answering customer enquiries
- Updating paperwork
- Adhering to FSA guidelines

The company like to watch their staff grow with them be it working towards further qualifications or promotion to other roles within the company.

The ideal candidate:


- Have a call centre or financial service background
- Have a polite telephone manner
- GCSE’s grade A - C (Maths & English) or equivalent
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to accurately respond promptly to enquiries
- Good keyboard and IT literacy (including the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel)
