The Opportunity

This role offers a great opportunity to be involved in driving improvements and ensuring the delivery of financial best practice across the business. In this role you’ll be responsible mainly for managing the intercompany process within the UK and EMEA entities against their counterparties in Asia Pacific, Americas, and European offices, be responsible for the month end postings of journals and accruals and ensuring all tax, legal and statutory obligations are met, including the preparation of VAT returns. You will also be responsible for the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and documenting all the processes and procedures involved.


Organization skills and excellent accuracy are at the heart of this role as you’ll be required to ensure all data and information is valid and correct. In addition communication skills are a must as you’ll be working closely with the FSSC team and other teams to provide support and guidance on finance processes. You’ll also be proactively liaising with all our different departments ensuring that processes are operating effectively, as well as the businesses across the different UK entities and European offices.

About You

To be successful in this role you’ll have a proven record of improving controls and processes, including identifying and implementing control improvements. You will also be an ACCA/CIMA part qualified professional or have equivalent experience, with strong technical accounting expertise.


You’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas across the business so you’ll be highly organized and detail conscious, be able to work at a fast pace and have a proactive “can do” attitude. Good IT skills and knowledge of SAP is essential.
