Description

Reporting to the Front Desk Manager the Front Office Agent will:


- Provide a warm welcome to Members and Guests at reception both on the phone and in person
- Anticipate guests needs to provide exceptional service
- Provide a smooth check in/check out service
- Deal with general guest queries
- Act as a point of contact for residents and guests

Person Specification


- Have excellent IT skills, in particular experience of Opera would be a distinct advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must be available to work until October 31st 2019
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role who be an advantage
