Main Duties- - Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the jobrole


- Promoting a welcoming environment


- Checking guests in and out and assisting withany queries during their stay.


- Answering the telephone and directingaccordingly


- Ensure all guest complaints are followed up anddealt with professionally and efficiently.


What do you need to apply?

You do not have to have any specific qualifications in orderto apply, but desirable if you have experience within hospitality. We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt,well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work allshift patterns (between 06.45am and 23:15pm)
