Front Line Manager - Waste Water Network

Kier work in partnership with Scottish Water to deliver Civil Schemes around the region, from reactive maintenance and planned works. Your role will be to manage the productivity and safety of our sub contract teams.

We would need you to travel around monitoring site teams, liaising with stakeholders so a full driving licence is essential. Communication is key in this role whilst you manage stakeholders and your teams. Promoting safe ways of working, and maximize the day to day organisation, planning and control of labour, plant and resourcing.

Holding a NRWSA Supervisor ticket would be advantageous and the knowledge of safety regulation.

Having knowledge of Utility Schemes for Gas, Power or Water would be of great benefit.
