The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager within the team you will have the opportunity to design, recommend and implement performance improvement solutions for the full spectrum of products and functions within the Capital Markets industry.  We have a diverse range of client assignments including:
Brexit operational movements and restructuring
Front to back business process transformation and cost reduction
Target Business and Operating Model design and implementation
Analysis and implementation of changes driven by global regulatory reform
Digital transformation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA)

Your Key Responsibilities
High quality delivery on a client assignment, usually as part of an on-site project team
Managing smaller project teams or work streams as part of larger projects, helping to oversee quality of delivery
Demonstrating knowledge and experience in one or more market areas and technical skills
Assisting in the development of long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clients
Managing project risk, quality and financials
Identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business
Assisting in developing thought leadership and building EY solutions and methods
EY practice and people development activities

To qualify for the role you must have
Successful track record in the capital markets industry ideally gained through a top tier consultancy, a specialist financial services consultancy, or within an internal change function of a top tier bank
Comprehensive understanding of Operations functions and its evolving relationship with Technology
In depth understanding of one or more Capital Markets product areas
Good appreciation of current market trends in Capital Markets
Experience delivering at various stages of the project lifecycle, knowledge of Project Management, Business Analysis and / or SDLC
Your responsibilities as a Senior Manager:
Management of one or more client engagements, with responsibility for quality of delivery as well as engagement financials
Developing long term trusted advisor relationships with our clients
Taking leading role in development of EY solutions and supporting tools and methods
Building and leading high performing teams
Demonstrating in depth knowledge and experience in one or more market areas and technical skills
Identifying and leading pursuit of opportunities for new business
Leading EY practice and people development activities (e.g. recruitment, counselling)
Liaising with EY service line teams, account teams and functional specialists
