We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator for our well-established client in Chelmsford. This is a temporary assignment that will be paying £14 an hour. The hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties Include:

- Ensuring all deadlines, workloads and regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Assisting auditors and and compliance officers when necessary.
- Assisting in the preparation and completion of Year End reports.
- Preparing weekly/monthly/yearly reports for clients.
- Liaising with clients to resolve any queries.
- Processing of daily stock and cash reconciliations.
- Other adhoc admin duties when required.

Person Specification:

- Strong administration experience is essential.
- Previous reporting experience is desirable.
- Must be immediately available.
