We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and customer orientated General Manager to lead the staff team and ensure an outstanding service for our residents.
As the General Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the community with a key focus on quality and standards as well as on sales and marketing, food and beverage, leadership of the staff team and overall commercial success.
We are looking for someone that:
Possesses strong leadership skills, is self-motivated, team player and who wants to be successful
Is exceptional at communicating and has, a natural affinity with older people
Has extensive experience and a proven track record in either the hospitality or retirement living industry.
Passionate about retirement living, providing exemplary standards of service and above all cares about our residents.
Has strong leadership skills, self-motivated, team player and who wants to be successful
Is person centred with a real focus on their team and able to develop their team.
