What You Will be Doing:

As our General Manager you will join an exciting new Home in Watford before completion of the building and work together with the team to complete the Home and recruit your own staff. You will drive high-quality care, hospitality and support in an exceptional environment. Our General Manager will manage all aspects of the service including financial, operational and leadership; optimise profitability and the financial return and provide the highest quality of care and services to our residents.

About you as a General Manager

- Knowledge of CQC and CQC Compliance
- NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management
- Care, hospitality and private facing income management.
- Meeting targets related to budget, care and facilities income, occupation and arrears
- Experience of effective budget management
- Experience of staff management in a care and support setting
- Previous experience managing a care home setting
- A registered nurse qualification desirable but not essential
