General Technician

Salary: Scale R1-R2, £9.25 to £10.86 per hour depending on experience. Actual salary: £13,838 - £16,247 per annum including London Weighting Allowance (FTE salary £17,797 - £20,895 per annum)

Hours: 34 hours per week, Term Time Only. 8.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday with 30 minute unpaid break and 8.30am - 2.30pm Friday

Location: Grafham Grange School, Bramley, Guildford, GU5 0LH

The School

Grafham Grange School is an academy for boys', located in the Surrey Countryside, 20 minutes from Guildford. We provide an all-round education for boys aged 10-16.

With our committed support and guidance, our students manage to overcome significant barriers to learning, acquiring the skills and competencies to re-join mainstream or post-16 education with a broad spectrum of qualifications and there-by building themselves better futures.

The Role

We are looking to recruit a General Technician to provide general technical, administration and safeguarding support to the work of the teachers across the DT, Science, Food Technology and Art Departments.

The school is extremely well supported in its continual drive for excellence through its Governing Body and OHCAT. The school is committed to CPD across its staff teams.
