Up to £23.5k salary, 22 days holiday, central location in the beautiful city of St Albans, friendly and exciting environment!

Our client, a leading international business exhibition organiser, is looking for a German-speaking Events Executive for one of their trade exhibitions which takes place in Germany each year!

The successful candidate will provide full administrative support and assist with all operational requirements relating to the preparation and staging of trade exhibitions.

To be considered for this position, your German must be 100% fluent, written and spoken.

Key responsibilities:


- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handling potential customers, as well as general exhibitor and visitor requests
- Database management
- Administrative tasks
- Market research / monitoring of competitors’ activities
- Liaising with internal departments
- Proofreading

- Fluent German speaker with excellent English spoken and written skills - essential
- Experience of working in an administrative or customer care role
- Proactive, responsive and able to work under pressure
- Strong IT skills, in Word and Excel
- A strong administrative flair
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Willingness to travel (occasionally)
