As internal talent advisors to Google’s leaders, business and global human resources team, Talent Intelligence and Insights (Ti2) pioneers Google’s approach to talent discovery and insights.
We use analytics, market research and competitive intelligence to solve complex challenges, providing predictive insights to help clients make the best talent decisions. We’re seeking expert consultants to manage and scale cross-functional programs, drive projects that improve talent planning and processes and communicate the team’s brand and vision across key groups of stakeholders.
You’re a subject matter expert on talent research who brings a systems approach to every challenge, evaluating root causes and implications across Google’s global business. You'll can translate data into actionable insights and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, understandable material. You will influence without direct authority and cultivate relationships in a diverse, complex organization.
Responsibilities
Design and implement highly effective, results-driven research strategies for global talent planning initiatives and competitive intelligence projects.
Solicit and generate support for proposed research solutions while advocating for intended end users and research best practices.
Develop consultative partnerships with recruiting leads, HR partners, Google executives and other business leaders to maintain an understanding of business and recruiting activities.
Drive and coordinate communication on talent and industry research activities across Google’s global business.
Ensure alignment of individual team goals with overall business objectives and collaborate with Googlers across the company to achieve overall results.
