During the 2-year programme, you’ll spend 8 months in 3 different rotations, working with different product and client teams to increase your understanding of the breadth of our business, while developing your technical skills. Each rotation will feature challenging and rewarding projects and daily work, developing your capabilities and personal network. 

Alongside your work is a supportive learning and development programme designed to further enhance your technical and professional skills. You’ll also receive a Mentor to assist you in developing your career goals and regularly meet with your peers to share experiences. 

Towards the end of the programme you will work closely with your mentor to establish your next position with the company and progress your career development plan, looking at your journey for the next 3-5 years.

Your role
Product Managers are responsible for defining, launching and managing products or services in response to the needs of consumers or businesses. 
Joining us as a Graduate Product Executive, you’ll assist in the development, roll-out and positioning of software products and solutions. You’ll work in-depth with different business functions including legal, compliance, marketing and sales and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority and knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include undertaking market research and competitor analysis, developing and maintaining product roadmaps, clearly articulating user requirements, producing business cases including pricing and revenue forecasting, as well as supporting the processes and procedures which ensure quality control of assigned projects. 

As you progress, you will work across different market sectors to support the delivery and management of product portfolios from concept through to market launch followed by the ongoing management of products through their lifecycle.

Key Skills and Abilities
You’ll have:
A Bachelor’s degree 
Ability to quickly understand and clearly articulate complex and diverse customer and user needs and requirements
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work to deadlines and roadmaps
Ability to analyse complex data and seek trends, in order to be decisive, visionary and support decisions with research
Very strong and clear communication, negotiation and persuasion skills 
Flexibility and strong collaboration skills gained through working in teams
