One of the Manchester's most respected corporate broking firms is looking for an experienced professional to join as Client Service Manager - the role is managing a team of established handlers/brokers as well as managing a portfolio of complex clients

The client have shown exceptional levels of financial growth over the past 5 years
·You will manage a team of experienced broking professionals, providing a point of reference and sign-off whilst working with the board on all elements of MI and market/placement strategy.
Complete day to day management of the broking/handling department (c10 staff)
·You'll also own a caseload of complex risks, servicing and advising your clients on all aspects of their insurance programme.
·Your team will work with corporate cases including a number of internationals, all paying c£5k-£75k fee and turning over £200m
·You will be an experienced broker, comfortable servicing and placing complex, corporate level risks and able to confidently negotiate with both clients and the insurer market.
·You will preferably had some exposure to managing a team of people, or at the very least demonstrate the skills required to make the step into leadership.
·DIP CII qualifications are strongly preferred.
