Description

Here at MyCSP, we are now looking for a Head of Implementation to ensure the robust implementation of all key programmes and strategic initiatives to time, scope, budget and quality.

Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Implementation will;


- Lead end to end implementation activities for major programmes, strategic initiatives and new customers, working closely with Operations, Change and IT solutions to embed operational and technical solutions.
- Work closely with the Head of Change, Head of Solutions and key business stakeholders to ensure solutions are implemented in line with proven programme methodologies.
- Shape, define and embed large scale transformation, driving internally and externally focused change.
- Management of the implementation roadmap that embraces business, customer and client needs
- Delivery of the Internal Controls Framework Review (ICFR), to the satisfaction of Cabinet Office and the Pensions Regulator (tPR).

This is a key management role, embracing strategic projects, transformation and change.

So, if you have extensive experience operating as a Programme Manager/Implementation Lead within the financial services sector, then we would love to hear from you!

With a proven track record in delivering large scale transformation activities, you will be able to look across a number of moving parts, define potential options and solutions and present them along with implications to senior stakeholders. You will have extensive change and transformation experience, across a number of proven methodologies such as PRINCE2, Scrum and Agile, and have comprehensive knowledge of large scale cross functional processes.

With good analytical and commercial negotiation skills, you will be a self-starter who can work on own initiative and have persuasive proposal and tender writing abilities as well as strong presentation skills. We’d also like you to have knowledge of current Pensions legislation practices and markets, have experience of delivering transformation and business improvement within a BPO and TPA environment and have an outstanding ability to sell consultatively in both a new and existing business context.
