Role: Head of Renewals

Salary: £38,000 - £55,000 + OTE

Location: London

The Company- One of the leading media owners and on its way to becoming the biggest and the best in the business! At the forefront on their market, with 1.4 million regular users, they are an online marketplace, as well as a planning tool and end-to-end service for customers. They live and breathe reward and recognition with their overall turnover of staff being extremely low. When people join they just don't want to leave. They are looking for an inspirational Head of Renewals to manage the team!

The Role- - Develop and implement plans to up sell and manage key accounts to lead from the front by example.
- Work closely with Head of Sales to better understand challenges within the marketplace and produce effective sales plans, and solutions for customers.
- Obtain in depth knowledge of the market and future trends to deliver a solution-based service.
- Build relationships with and sell to the top 30 accounts to exceed sales targets!
- Manage the surrounding team to enforce a clear direction and hit team KPI's.

The Person- - Experience selling e-commerce or digital classified to be successful within this role!
- Experience managing a sales team to hit the ground running.
- Someone who is diligent and savvy to be able to trouble shoot and come up with solutions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients to up-sell and retain business
- Strong organisational skills to lead and motivate a sales team.
