Description

I am currently working on a project which require 5 Helpdesk advisors in Manchester City Centre working for a fantastic company.

Duties

To answer calls in a timely, friendly and polite manner.

To record incidents on a computerised logging system and assign a priority accordingly.

To assist in the resolution of problems, within accepted timescales and with the use of the contact centres’ knowledge base.

To assist in the escalation of problems to 2nd line support where 1st line support is unable to resolve.

Hours of work: 40 hour per week

Type of contract: Fixed term contract from the start of August until December.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a hard-working, tech savvy graduate looking for a new challenge or someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service / administration role.
