Description

Due to significant growth and recent lucrative contract awards, my client who are a well-established and successful Building Services provider are recruiting for experienced Administrator's for a night shift position working 4 days on and 4 days off between 7pm – 7am.

Reporting to the Team Leader and working as part of a team, you will be working in a very busy environment carrying out a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities;

·Logging faults and scheduling emergency works
·Processing purchase orders
·Processing purchase invoices
·Fleet Administration
·Booking of Travel and Accommodation
·Collating and Distribution of Health & Safety, Site and Client Manuals
·Updating job sheets and closing down works
·Producing Sales Invoices
·Reporting for management on various contracts

Experience;

Excellent customer service skills
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to manage your workload and work on your own initiative
