Duties and Responsibilities


The Accounts Payable section in UCL Finance & Business Affairs is responsible for processing all payments to supplier, students and staff. We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Assistant to join our expanding team. The main focus of the role will be dealing with enquiries to the Accounts Payable helpdesk; these are received via our helpdesk software or by telephone.

Key Requirements

Applicants will have recent experience of working in an Accounts Payable environment in a customer service focused role, dealing with a high volume of queries, both by email and phone. You will be an excellent communicator, have very good numeracy and literacy skills, have a flexible and conscientious approach, and enjoy working as part of a team.You will have fast accurate keyboard skills and have the ability to carry out high volume repetitive tasks while staying focused. Previous experience of using recognised helpdesk software is desirable.
