As a Homeworking Customer Experience Representative, you will be joining the Customer Experience Centre from your own home.
You will be patched in to the network, so you will take calls in exactly the same way as you would if you were based in our office.
So what are we looking for?
Attention to detail and superior customer service is key to this role whether dealing with customers via phone or email.
You will be trained to use our bespoke booking system allocated work to our 1000+ strong team of technicians across the UK giving as much detail as possible so the right glass can be allocated to the team, As the team works Monday to Sunday we have a number of shift patterns we can offer from days to evenings and weekends and even home working.
During a typical 6 week rota you will have 2 full weekends off and you will always have your rota in advance to allow you to plan your off time.
What will a day with us look like?
Based at your home, your shift will start as you work through a list of both incoming and sheduled calls to our customers to offer them the most suitable appointment to suit their needs.
You will be part of a network of home based representatives who work from home with planned shifts so we can always ensure our customers can reach someone.
It's a busy role so you'll need to be organised and there's always a incentive or friendly competition to get you motivated!
You will have 4 full weeks of training with our dedicated training team at our Bedfordshire or Leciestershire location to make sure that you can deal with any possible situation that arises and ongoing support after.
After 3 months your hourly rate goes up to £9.18 and then after 6 months £9.67ph.
We will provide you with the equipment you need including desk chair, headset and computer.
You will need to have a dedicated quiet space to work and access to a good internet connection that has the right bandwidth to take calls, so our customers can hear your clearly which will need to be hard wired in to your router.
