HR Administrator (Modern Apprentice)

£16,380 per annum

Fixed Term for 1 year – 35 hours per week

Based in Stirling

The Role:

Zero Waste Scotland, Scotland’s resource efficiency and circular economy expert is looking for a hardworking and motivated HR Modern Apprentice to join their busy team.

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated HR Modern Apprentice to join our busy team. In this role you will work closely with our HR team to provide effective and efficient administrative support working across the business to support all people and health and safety related issues.

You will be responsible for all round general HR and Health and Safety Administration including recruitment, induction, co-ordination of training, facilities support, record maintenance, payroll, contributing to our reporting processes. In addition to this you will be developing your own learning whilst working towards a Level 3 SVQ in Business and Administration with our support and encouragement.

An apprenticeship is a work-based training programme that leads to an industry approved qualification. The training will be both on the job, which means apprentices learn the right mix of skills, abilities and knowledge.

The Candidate:

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you will thrive on building relationships at all levels. Fantastically methodical you will also be adept at managing competing demands and ensuring attention to detail. You will also be able to work confidentially and be a real whizz with all Microsoft Office Packages. An interest in the recycling and the environment would be advantageous.
