Client Details

I am currently working with a Public Sector organisation in Stockport who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team.


This HR Advisor position will offer the right candidate lots of progression opportunities, with main duties including:

- Provide employees and Line Management with advice and guidance on employment matters
- Support effective recruitment and selection procedures to meet organisational requirements
- Respond to queries to attendance management, contracts of enrolment and payroll
- Supporting the HR Manager
- Proactively identify and implement HR process improvements
- Dealing with a high volume of ER casework
- Investigating several cases in different areas at any one time
- Aspects are of HR Project work


The successful candidate will have/be:

- CIPD Level 5 Qualification
- Have the ambition and drive to work within a developing and growing business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- High Volume ER casework
- Be able to deal with a high work load
