Role Overview:

Due to the continued growth of EG Group we are looking to recruit a HR Analyst into our Human Resources department! In this role you will be required to provide an effective and efficient service to HR function and the business. This role will be working with the Head of HR & Payroll on HR projects to implement HR Reporting strategies in line with the business objectives. You must be able to organise and prioritise workload according to deadlines and the changing needs of the business and HR function.

Key Duties:


- Identification and creation of Global HR MI on a monthly and ad-hoc basis
- Manage ad hoc requests for HR reporting - collect & extract all HR data required to support the analysis requested from SAP Success Factors
- Manage the development of standard reports for HR and Group reporting and preparing the reports for the Monthly Board pack and Performance meetings
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations & maintain confidentiality of data and departmental information at all times
- Create and action defined reporting at set times throughout the year ensuring deadlines are met wherever possible
- Collate relevant SAP data to measure and create continuous opportunities of improvement
- Work as a trouble-shooter for data-related issues


- Update and create improvements to the reporting suite to give managers and HR team access to information on request
- Build dashboards and test a broad range of hypotheses across HR areas on SAP Success Factors
- Using knowledge of analysing data to develop quality management information reports, templates, dashboards, score cards, metrics and data tools to support organisational decision making
- Conduct analysis at a strategic, tactical and/or operational level, identifying and using appropriate analytical tools and techniques to interpret gaps, patterns and trends to make recommendations in support of decision making
- Provide analysis on human capital reports to include management information on where the business is measuring and tracking against strategic objectives
- Proactively suggest ways to improve HR processes for process optimisation and realise efficiencies
- Ensure data integrity, consistency and reconciliation of MI production to delivering accurate and high quality outputs
- Investigate root causes in data discrepancies - ensuring that these are highlighted to Head of HR
- Must be an advanced Microsoft Excel user, with experience of working with complex formula etc
