HR Assistant - Edinburgh- Temp- Competitive Salary
Change Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Human Assistant at our clients Edinburgh base
As the HR Assistant, you will be a key member of our client HR team providing comprehensive HR support to the wider HR team for our client.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented HR professional to join this leading organisation in the Accountancy & Finance sector based in Edinburgh.
This role is offered on a temporary basis initially for 2 months to be reviewed.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm 35 hours per week with a Competitive salary.
Key role within small HR team with responsibility for all administrative support across HR processes and practices.
Accurate and timely administration support in the following areas:
· Recruitment & Selection
· Reward & Recognition
· Learning & Development
· Maintenance of all IT systems, e.g. HRIS/Benefits Portal
· Finance activity - POs and invoices in accordance with internal requirements
· General Administration
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Relevant experience within an HR role (essential).
CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (preferable).
Attentional to detail/organisational skills.
Organisational/Prioritisation skills - Ability to deliver agreed objectives (within budget and agreed timescales).
Interpersonal skills - ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively at all levels.
Presentation skills (delivery of training programmes including induction).
Employment law knowledge.
IT skills - knowledge of HRIS (preferably Cascade)/Payroll systems, MS office -PowerPoint/excel/word at intermediate/advanced level.
Good commercial awareness.
