Job title: HR Business Advisor – HR. Reporting to HR Business Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

Providing training and regular presentations

Drafting and updating policies and procedures in line with legislation changes

Handle employee relations cases autonomously

Supporting various business areas to maximise their effectiveness

Encouraging high performance; identifying training needs

Liaising with Clients to develop organisation-specific initiatives to support their business goals

Supporting the Sales team with client relationship management

Support line managers on HR activities

Carrying out appraisals, monitoring well-being, providing support and being the first point of contact for the remote multi-site workers in Client group

Contributing to tenders for business

Respond to HR related queries from managers and employees


Skills, qualifications and experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience

Dedicated to a career in HR

Business focused

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Effective organisation skills with ability to prioritise

Good attention to detail and high accuracy

Strong team working skills

Good problem-solving skills

Adequate IT skills

Part / Fully CIPD qualified (desirable criteria – not essential)

Knowledge of international employment legislation (desirable criteria – not essential)

Fluency in a foreign language (in particular French or Spanish) (desirable criteria – not essential)
