HR Business Manager - Contract

We are working with a Leading Medical Technology Company to recruit for a HR Business Manager to join their team in Belfast on a long term contract basis. The HR Business Manager will be responsible for delivering company talent strategy and provide necessary support to the business with a clear focus on recruitment & retention

The Role

- Serve as subject-matter expert on HR related matters to all managers and directors
- Implement change based on proven change management techniques
- Execute HR business strategies to drive key business results; provides guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions
- Maintain broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operations; uses knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions
- Partner with managers, directors and HR to proactively implement business solutions, utilising HR expertise and perspective
- Execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture
- Implement and deliver solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate
- Interpret data and make recommendations; asking critical questions needed to evaluate data; gather, analyse and present data to managers and recommend solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategy The Ideal Candidate

- Degree Qualified with related HR qualification
- HR expertise at manager or HRBP level preferred and 8+ previous HR experience including supporting multiple functions and interacting with business leaders is required
- Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills
- Demonstrated business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build relationships and influence different groups. Renumeration / Benefits

Salary C. £47K-£55k
