Description

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner, excited by business change and transformation, looking for the next challenge?

What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our People Team at an incredibly exciting time for Which?. We welcomed our new CEO in September 2018 and have since been busy defining our strategic direction, setting us up to tackle consumer harm and helping consumers to be as powerful as the organisations that they deal with in every day life.

The people team has an integral part to play in the successful delivery of this strategy. From developing the right operating model and structure to launching and embedding new values, we are at the centre of this business transformation and are constantly seeking and implementing change to make a real difference to our people, our organisation and consumers.

Reporting to the Head of HR business partnering, you will bring a combination of experience of supporting fast paced change and transformation with a collaborative, commercial and coaching approach to senior stakeholder relationships. You will have the ability to balance the delivery of wide scale change projects with the design and implementation of functional people plans in partnership with the business leadership teams.

As an integral member of our team you will also:

Work with your business areas and leadership teams to identify business goals and priorities and translate these into clear people plans for designated business areas

Build close commercial relationships with key stakeholders and client groups, fostering a partnership based on mutual trust, optimising the contribution which the People Team makes to the business.

Guide and coach leaders and managers on employee relations and people related issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy and organisational design.

Understand and analyse key people metrics for designated business areas, working with business leaders and managers to identify trends and areas for improvement

As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will be commercially aware, with the ability to challenge and work at pace. As we navigate our way through our new strategy and transformation, you will feel comfortable working with ambiguity, having the confidence to challenge and contributing your expertise to help us on our journey that will have far reaching business impact.
