HR Business Partner
6 month FTC to perm
£70,000-£75,000 + bonus + benefits
This very successful Fintech business based in South London is looking to hire an HR Business Partner in a newly created role in response to growth and leadership change. This will be a 6 month fixed term contract to with a view to going permanent.
The role will support the Head of HR aligning an HR strategy and practices with the company's vision and objectives. Ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of HR initiatives, you will support a senior stakeholder client group touching everything from employee relations and performance management to recruitment and restructuring, as well as manage the mid-year and year-end annual performance review processes and HR reporting.
The role will suit a commercial HR generalist who enjoys the day-to-day variety of HR activity. It will also suit someone who has experience of working in an SME (UK or global) environment and an autonomous or small HR environment.
A strong relationship builder, you'll have an approachable, pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to reflect the cultural dynamics of an SME financial services environment. With an understanding of the current regulatory environment, you will have the ability to multi-task, manage upwards and offer demonstrable experience delivering to deadlines. It is essential that candidates have strong IT systems skills and ideally have previously worked within the financial services industry.
