- Work with the senior managers in line with HR strategy
- Interpret HR reports to help the SMT make effective and risk averse business decisions
- Work with senior managers to create a full proof recruitment strategy in line with business needs
- Drive best practice and HR performance, assisting with all aspects of HR from a strategic perspective
- Champion to change management initiatives, including TUPE The Successful Applicant


- You will be CIPD qualified
- You will be able to work autonomously
- You will have experience managing a TUPE process
- You will have experience working in a public sector and regulated environment
- You will have experience with change management
